S4 can't take better pictures than iPhone 5s, where did you get that from? As for the issue of smoothness, iPhone is smooth with such mediocre specs because IOS is not a true OS, it's simply an app launcher. IOS can't do TRUE multi-tasking.

No reason to get emotional in defence of apple. Truth be told , Iphone users would love to see an upgrade in the phone specs. When i first had an ipad mini, I berated the specs, ram was just 512mb , camera was 5mp. After using it for s while, I came to realise its not about specs, the camera in broad day light was better than 8mp Samsung sII. I never had issues with the speed.

Bros... You guys need to know one thing. It's not all about the specs on paper that matters. FYI I use a Galaxy Note II. The integration between the software and the hardware, how they relate with eachother seamlessly is what matters. Need I tell you that 1gb ram on an iOS device is more productive than 2gb ram in an Android device? Need I tell you that the so-called 1.4ghz dual core processor you are mocking would smoke the Galaxy S5 anyday? Even the iPhone 5S smokes the Galaxy S5 in speed/browsing tests. So what is all the fuss about core speed and number of cores? And have you forgotten that Apple make their own proprietary chip called the A series? As for NFC, since you have been buying devices, what have you used it to do? They came in late on this quite alright, but they came in with a bang. The integration of NFC in Apple Pay is one way of coming out with a feature that would be usable and productive. 1080p video? C'mon! They have been offering that since the iPhone 4s. They just increased how many frames per second you can record your 1080p video in.

Bro... That's what these people don't understand. The specs on paper has gotten everyone thinking if it ain't like this then it ain't good at all. That's a wrong ideology from people. The 512mb ram on the iPad Mini makes a whole lot of sense than any Android device with a 1gb ram. Should we talk about camera? A lot of noobs think the number of MP (megapixels) a camera has, the better. I guess they are just ignorant. The camera on the iPhone 5S (8MP) beats the S5. The number of pixels translates to the overall size of the image, but the size of the pixels, the aperture, the focus and whatever image stabilisation that is being used are what makes a camera great. Not the number of MPs (megapixels).

I use Note II presently, but I must confess that the camera on the iPhone 4S beats it in every department. The only phone that would compete with an iPhone camera and win is the Lumia (I think 1050 and some other high end ones).

The likes of Samsung and co have made it look like if it's not like this on paper, then it's not up to. As much as Samsung mocks Apple using one iPhone shortcoming or another, why have they not done an advert mocking an iPhone in a speed or browsing test? That's because they know even though they put up 8-cores in their recent devices, it's still nothing compared to a dual-core in an iPhone device. This ain't rocket science, it's very simple and people need to understand these facts.

I think the iPhone 6 is a good phone and ahead of its peers.

It has a fingerprint reader.

It has Siri that can read your emails,tell you your location and so many other things.

In my 9-5 days as a Business Specialist, i was actively involved in the launch of all iphones from the 3Gs to the 5s/5c.

I can tell you that about 8 out of 10 people who desperately want an iphone have no clue why they want it (first-hand information).

I have seen this scenario play out year after year.

Admittedly, the original iphone (2G) was a game changer, and ushered in something seemingly fresh and new.

The 3G raised the bar a little higher and the 3Gs was.. meh..

The iphone 4 (2010) came close to offering something new on "mainstream" phones. It offered a front-facing camera with its Facetime.
(keep in mind less popular brands like Sony Ericsson have had front facing cameras since 2003).


-------About this period, people started exploring Android phones more actively.


The 4s was a waste of time and energy. People still queued for days.

The iphone 5 had a new look, and some subtle new features (playing catch-up with Android devices).

The 5s was well,... the iphone 5 with a spray tan.
The 5C was the iphone 5 wearing a cheap and colorful Walmart suit.

I got to see and try out every iphone from the 3Gs to the 5s before they were launched, and my reaction
at each briefing was always the same.. "WTF is this?.. are we moving back in time or what."

Regardless of Apple's lack-luster specifications, unnecessary proprietary accessories
and interface, they do have pretty looking phones of superior body build (except the 5C with its Walmart suit).

Really, Iphones are just like the beautiful blond girl with nothing in her head.
