We are planning to cast this decking on Wednesday or Thursday this week. I will use tomorrow to receive sand, granite and cement for this decking.

All the sand now supplied, cement offloading, awaiting granite chippings...........

We just got the load of chippings this morning, so casting of this decking has been fixed for tomorrow.

We are right now casting this second decking, but just to make sure we don't lack any materials, I have called for additional chippings.

We completed the casting of this second decking yesterday.

Rainfall still happens in PH, which is a good thing for the decking but we are arranging to be flooding it with water from the borehole on any day rain does not fall here. This will aid the curing process. We are going to resume work here after a few days rest. Thanks.

2 x 4 for 630 naira? Are you kidding me? Bags of nails cost 4250 not 5000.

Bros how far, how is Lagos? That 2x4 wood are hard wood, they sell them for N800 in Owerri and N900 in Enugu. It depends on location sha. Bags of nails are not up to N5000 but close to that, remember there are dishonest sellers that will remove some quantities from the bag and reduce the price

Even the 2 x 2 is almost 100naira cheaper here.

N400 for 16ft hardwood is impossible here, maybe because of transportation costs as they come from outside the state. Una dey enjoy for that side o

@all the Ogas, if the price different in that much. 230x300=69,000 on that one alone, why don't you guys buy from west and shipped to the east then. I believe the transportation will not cost that much.

Its true, there is some money to be made if one can find good transport methods.

In Anambra here, 2*2 hardwood is 250 while 2*4 is N400. It wil be a little more in other eastern states cos some of them buy from here.

Please confirm if it's 2x4 x16 hardwood, there is other softwood that will be cheaper and there are shorter versions, like x12ft.

i just confirmed its for 12ft hard wood. 16inches is btw 800 to 900.
