Some of the Boko Haram insurgents currently terrorising the north were also born out of a similarly expired campaign contract.

I believe that the average Nigerian should be able to discerns facts from the trash they they are purported to post online. In politics this is a form of campaigning online ... the voters should not just blindly accept what they read on social media, forums etc but rationalize based on facts.
