The country is not underpopulated but it doesn't have enough young people. It's an aging society. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Actually, we share more in common with Ghana than South Africa and 'European heavyweights'. South Africa was developed by Europeans and that says a lot. Even now, blacks run a minute proportion of the economy of South Africa.
