An technician is suggesting a 0.5 hp which he claims would pump for powerfully than a 1 hp or 1.5 hp. Note that my tank capcity is 6, 000 liters.

.5hp is best for your application. The depth is not deep and it will deliver the 6000liters in a few hours (depending on how much water the well can yield). Note (install pump almost horizontally but not totally horizontal.) Buy lorentz, interdab allegro, or grundfos (if u can afford it).
