remove all those white billionaires in your country and lets see if you'd fair well

Again you've not said anything concrete, just repeating things you've head others say, even though you didn't understand them.
If we removed the foreign firms in Nigeria, you'll not fair well, I now expect you to say something stupid like there being Nigerian companies to replace them.
The billionares can be removed as long as their assets are nationalised.

I'm going to 'pee pee', when a black south african launches his / her own telecom network (for starters) then we can talk

Jeez, you're so impressed with Glo (which wouldn' t exist without mtn) , I imagine that's the reason you mentioned launching a telecom network.
That's so easy, the problem is the market is saturated, so the company wouldn't do well.

you all don't get it at all, you all have no idea whatsoever, zuma is clueless. yes they may or are lazy, they were not born to be lazy, it is as a result of social engineering planned years before the freedom. why won't zuma say foreigners are more hard working, the foreigners are not subjected to the treatment the south african had been through for more than 4 generations. other countries in africa have had time to set themselves a little, just a little straight from the pain the white devils imposed on our genes, even today, it is still there affecting the black society, let alone south african who just got a fake independent in 1994.

stop putting the blame on the white! you would say, yeah right! you all think you are fighting flesh, you have no idea that what we fight is prinpalities and powers and they are the caucasians.

for more than 4 generations, you left the south africans basically dead, numb, dumb and senseless to any civic value, no schools/education/history for them for over 4 generations, they were not taught nothing. suddenly they were just left unguided with nothing, how on earth will they be able to do anything? you people especially foreigners, for once in each of your lives, be just! they are using you to ruin your own brothers and sisters lives, they are all filled with uncurable diseases, working hard in the mines, and after they all die out, which my GOD will not let allow, the devil plans, GOD is the best planner (it also depend on you sa people to know GOD). let say, the south african (black) were today killed off physical or mentally or both, do you other blacks from everywhere else think those devils will let you stay there? do you for one second think so? are they not deporting you already? LAZINESS IS A DISEASE, WHAT IS WORST THAN DEATH IS IDLENESS. NOBODY WANTS TO BE LAZINESS.

See your heart ache! Okay Zuma said this because he is a clueless president who has seen the most protest in the history of South Africa. He is unable to deliver to his promises and unlike Nigerians, South Africans will take him to task.

He is watching Africans even the ones calling themselves " Giant of Africa" suffering and smilling while their clueless governments take them to the cleaners. Robbing them blind but you will find the same poor masses worshiping their abusers and corrupt leaders. Any right thinking person can see that Zuma wants the same piece of the pie that other African corrupt presidents are enjoying. Perhaps the 9.3 million in suitcases was mouth watering.

He hates the fact that he cannot even get away with mis-managing a few millions and the whole country is on his back.

south Africans will never allow corrupt presidents like him to steal them blind and force them out of their beloved country into being hard workers in foreign lands just to survive while their presidents are eating a 1billion naira budget for groceries a year.

What is the use of these foreigners he is talking about being hard workers in foreign lands when they have ran away from abject poverty in their countries. If he wants to prove South African laziness he must first steal the country blind and get South Africans to praise him and his goons for doing so instead of prosecuting him, then they will leave SA for greener pastures and work as hard as those foreigners.

Desperation is the mother of all inventions, while the SAns still choose to be at home he will not get the "African president treatment" he will work hard to achieve "a better life for all" which was his re-election slogan.

You people get ere*actions and excited about nothing. He can say whatever but he will still,
1. Build houses for the poor
2. Ensure there is good health care systems
3. Afford free education for the poor
4. Pay grants for the needy
5. Provide clean drinking water and sanitation etc

He will as well go to court to answer for all his corruption cases soon and if found guilty go to jail.

Because government's money is generated by the same poor people he calls lazy through, fuel levies, sin taxes, vat, income tax etc.

One may need to ask Zuma if he was not doing these things what is he planning to do with the peoples money? Build another Inkandla? Or is there not enough money to disappear into his pocket like the 20 billion dollars that disappeared in Nigeria?

Now all these posters jumping up and down on this thread with excitement as if these news will get your NEPA switching on lights 24/7, What is the use of a governments when it can not take care of its own citizens? Where does the money go?

But your mission is futile coz you're attempting to prove to people something which they already know and acknowledge. We all know that SA with its people is different, the debates are always about the reasons for it being different. And the funny thing is that the reasons are not really disputed.

Best to read the annual report

https://www.mtn.com/investors/financials/pages/annualreports.aspx

Damn, you really put him in his place, nigerians just feel like they are very important, whereas they just have a small middle class people of 1.7m while SA has 28m middle class. Why do you think Woolworths failed in nigeria, i mean only 3 stores could fail in nigeria when 2000 stores of woolworths in SA could be succesfull.

Some Nigerian argued with me about the DStv subscription in nigeria, he said nogeria has the biggest subscription of DStv, until i put him to his place by showing the real numbers, then he was shocked to learn that Nigeria had only 800 000 DStv subscribers in 2013 while SA had 4.5 million subscribers. In 2014, DStv has 5 million subscribers in SA alone.

lmao! 800000 subscribers? dstv puts their own figures at 1690000 [which the Nigerian government strongly doubt by the way http://m.allafrica.com/stories/201208270494.html/ ]. that aside, Nigeria has GOtv, Startimes, CONSAT and DaarSA, I listed them in case you're trying to link your baseless middle class figures to cable tv subscribers.

now Woolworth's failure can be attributed to poor feasibility study, while other stores and businesses thrives, Woolworth claimed Nigerians had low purchasing power [really?], south african entrepreneurs critized their claims [read a few articles].. common sense should tell you why truworths is still around, amongst others.

I stand corrected!.. and pls post your middle class source [world bank stats preferably ]

But I have always understood your argument to be that black South Africans have spent so much time around whites that they have become like whites or aspire to be like whites hence the "hatred" for other Africans. I don't see how this can be classed as inferiority complex and jealousy when citizens of our country inherently consider themselves better.

I have said this before that there are millions of South Africans who are just as poor or even poorer then many Nigerians but the difference is that the SA poor are better because they have government services like free electricity, free tap water, free housing, welfare money for their kids, etc. and those who are not satisfied with these free services go out to the streets and protest. Zuma then comes out and calls them lazy.

The hatred SAffas show for other Africans comes from "projecting" how Whites have viewed them as inferior beings and has little to do with getting better service, free electricity and the likes. In other words we can argue being "better than" someone as opposed to being "better off" . Poor Chinese people migrate to SA, I don't see any uproars about their presence. Are they competing for resources the same as other Africans?

The sense of entitlement comes from the fact that they believe they have contributed enough to South Africa and have suffered generations under a brutal regime, therefore they are entitled to the government doing everything for them since the previous one so neglected them.

The political and economic structures inherited by SA pre 1994 facilitates this thought process when in fact it does nothing for their mentality as they remain tribalistic, nepotistic and corrupt as many African governments remain.

I still don't get how all that can be called inferiority complexion and jealousy. South Africans don't see Africans as superior and there's nothing jealous of. Your argument about projection is just grasping at straws, I think that you've misconceived the theory.

Poor Chinese don't migrate to SA and if they do, they don't find themselves in areas where they cheat the system to qualify for services meant for South Africans. Zimbabweans did this and it created resentment which led to violence.

I don't see where tribalism and nepotism fits in but it's true that a sense of entitlement exists which then makes me wonder how it's possible to feel inferior and be jealous of other people who are on the same or lower class. The sense of entitlement is also maintain by a government that continues to deliver on social programmes albeit not properly. South Africans would have long lost their sense of entitlement had the government stole all the money and delivered nothing like much of Africa.

Nigeria is too far to mention it but he might have had it in mind. I am quite sure he does the "palmface" everytime he sees how many foreigners are in S.A.

Looking from where this people come from. Most of them are highly educated but they don't sit at home waiting for an office Job till eternity after graduating, they studied in candle lit houses, leaking roofed schools, and had to carry water from the village centre tap or the wall up the valley but they are never lazy to work hard to make life better for themselves instead of striking for a better living.

I saw someone's post on that tweeter feed, saying their father faught for democracy. That was their father's fight, and they were not lazy, their fathers were garden boys, mine workers, farmers etc.

Zuma, Mr President, I salute you sir, its time you put your foot down. They can boo you all they want but the truth is simply bitter.

Thanks
Well put

Stop lying like your politicians, Total number of DSTV subscribers in Africa is 7 millions, 5 million of them are in South Africa, the rest of Africa makes the remaining 2 millions. The subscribtion in Nigeria is still less than 1 million, in Kenya its 100 000.
