I guess some don't understand what is meant by oratorical skills, else I see no reason why Akpabio and Amaechi are mentioned.
I will always go for Rochas Okorocha.

Oratorical: of or relating to the skill or activity of giving speeches : of or relating to oratory

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/oratorical

I think OP needs to define some T7Cs here. Most politicians here are skilled in this - it's what comes out of this skill that differs. From the OP, what I deduce is someone who articulates his/her thought when speaking in public.

I hope this thread does not turn into a political bashing one - I'd nominate BRF + Akinwunmi Adesina here.

When Odein Ajumogobia was a FAM, he displayed these skills too.

Oshiomole should be top on that list..am a lover of tv..i live in benin, yet i can't remember seeing oshiomole reading speeches from paper #talkactive# .the guy oratorship too much.no wonder he was a NLC president.
Tho his vocal nd outspoken personality has put him into so many troubles.eg #go and die saga.yet he still continue bn outspoken.his a guy i admire and a mentor to many who love fighting 4 their rights.

I'm actually judging from the 2011 presidential debate. He showed very good oratorial skills.

Yea, I like Shekarau too. Remember the way he replied when asked about the state's involvement in Kannywood movies?

I voted him because of his performance in that presidential debate
