Buhari put shagari under house arrest in a mansion and sent ekwueme to jail. Baba ajasin did not steal a dime, yet buhari sent him to prison. Umaru dikko shared in the corruption, but he was allowed to go free. So, what change are you talking about? Change from freedom of speech to repression of human right? Change to central sharia government? Buhari still can't explain how he mismanaged funds as PTF chairman. The money he stole was traced to his midland bank account in london.
