If Rigging is what you are banking on......... You are so wrong...... Rigging a man on a weak platform like CPC is understandable.

In 2011, Northern PDP governors worked so hard for GEJ via rigging to reduce the margin of loss.

The kind of massive rigging in the North , SS and SE by the PDP in 2011 can not repeat itself.
