When someone truncated a democratic dispensation by seizing power,became dictatoral,placed ban on press,etc...and didn't hand- over power back to civilian rule,he didnt mess up the country, bah??He didn't set the nation back?No matter how bad a civilian regime may be,it's still better than military govt.
