This does not solve the problem. NYSC requires your WAEC/WASC as well as your tertiary qualification before your mobilisation and deployment. That is the rule. We must stick to the rules. INEC requires WAEC/GCE before accepting your candidacy. Not plaques and affidavits. Buhari supporters should instead provide those certificates, instead of trying to scam Nigerians again. Buhari is damaged goods.
