I know it's usually a hard time during this period but you have to take things easy!

1.ENDING YOUR LIFE BECAUSE THEY LEFT. You
were fine before you were in the relationship and
you’ll be fine now that they are gone. Don't ever
put your life on hold simply because someone left your life.

2.ENDLESS TEARS: Don’t wake up every day
thinking of what should’ve been, or what could’ve
been. Stop wasting your time crying in one corner
or spending hours day-dreaming of all the
possibilities. Dry your tears. It's well.

3.DON'T CONTACT YOUR EX FOR ANY REASON:
When that person becomes your ex, it's best you
detach from them. Do not be in a hurry to contact
then for any reason. Wait until it’s appropriate to do so. Let an Ex stay an Ex.

4.DON'T BEG FOR RECONCILLIATION: Don’t beg for him/her to return. Why do you want to be in a relationship with someone you had to beg to be with you? Besides, if your ex rejects you a second time, it won’t just hurt; the rejection will sting with extra humiliation and regret.

5.QUIT TALKING ABOUT YOUR EX. Quit talking
about whether he or she is better without you or
how they are getting on with their life while without you. If you do, it will get annoying
and friends will lose interest in talking to you.

6.DO NOT FACEBOOK STALK THEM: Social media
can be dangerous when dealing with a break up.
Don’t think his Facebook page has any good news
for you. Here are 2 Online Rules To Observe During
A Break Up.
1.Don’t post anything about the breakup drama
online, no matter how vague, and resist the urge to
stalk your ex.
2. Unfriending, or hiding statuses can help you
avoid the constant temptation to check in and see
how they are doing.

7.DON'T SEEK REVENGE. The thrill of revenge only
feeds bitterness and hatred. You may have been
deeply wronged, but “getting even” won’t heal any wounds. Forgive and move on

I hope this helps! Love is a beautiful thing
