Are you a graduate or undergraduate? Any ways, you must have passesd through school and probably have known the routine.
When you entered primary school, the basis for screening is always confirmation of age and or physical examination by using your hand to touch your ear.
Then to enter secondary school, you now provide your first school leaving backed by common entrance exam result and so on.
When you are through with your first degree and looking for job. What some of the employers do is to verify your first degree and not your ssce/wasc/gce results. This is because your wasc or waec would have been verified by the institution that awarded you first degree.
So in this case, it is uncalled-for to want to indict the war college for allowing Buhari in without screening his wasc. What they needed was a recommendation/authorization and confirmation letter from NA.
Lets not vote sheepishly like almajeri's, we should ask questions. Even when we give deaf ears to some critical issues, that does not make it right.
Prerequisite is prerequisite, wether you are a genius without jamb or prelim/diploma program you can't gain admission into any reputable institution

I can say unequivocally that Buhari is worst than IBB in terms of deceits and evasiveness. He seems to have mastered the act of subtlety and pranks. Instead of informing his old school to send his WAEC certificate directly to INEC, he chose a silky path of having it published in the media, that's an act of gross irresponsibility and arrant disrespect not only to the electoral body but also to the Nigerian masses he wants to preside over.
