I am not a card carrying member of any political party but not withstanding Nigerians must still commend the government for doing this, because of the immense psychological boost it provides for our valorous military personel who are on the battlefield struggling to protect our territorial integrity.
But one obvious question still comes up though....why now?

Not really, they just hate to share opinions with all you these Pig-Dig-Pigs who think armament for the Army should be used on other civilians simply because they wont vote for your clueless Jonathan!

Remember, when you argue with imbeciles, they would beat you with "experience"! undecided undecided

Now, keep yapping away like Apes..... when the time to vote comes, we will still Sai Buhari! tongue tongue

Lastpage!

BTW: "God things" ke?
After the death of so many gallant soldiers, deaths that could have been prevented if some clueless President wasn't "slow-thinking" because of too much Creek Ogogoro!
SMH.....
grin
The good News is that, Boko Haram will end soon!

And every Nigerian should be happy about it.

And I thought securing the life of innocent Civilians was part of the duties of the government!

why has he waited this long? Innocent women, children and men have all been killed!

He did NOT wait this long.
No.
Our soldiers' effort was being undermined by local politicians including the Sympatihiser-in-Chief of Boko Haram who now seeks our votes:

Buhari faults crackdown on Boko Haram
JUNE 3, 2013

Presidential candidate for the Congress for Progressive Change in the 2011 Presidential election, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd), has frowned on the emergency rule in parts of the North. He alleged that innocent civilians were being killed in the states.

Buhari speaking during a Liberty FM Hausa Service Programme, Guest of the Week, on Sunday in Kaduna said that Boko Haram members were being killed and their houses demolished unlike the “special treatment” given to the Niger Delta militants by the Federal Government.

Shame of a nation! Wasting money on millitary warheads, when we shud be building the same locally.
If this country had rallied on the biafran weapon technological prowess right after the civil war,by now we be talking about arms exportation an not importation, but politics and nepotism won't allow that.
Defense DICONs of other nations are Building arms for exports ,ours can only manufacture "salt" known as union DICON salt.

Surely the military will win the battle this time around, but after the victory, we want to know all distant and closer sponsors of the insulgents no matter how highly placed they might be. They must be brought to book.

All these equipment coming for the military through this administration shows how they neglected or money voted for securities were embezzled by previous government. It is totally a shame for our pasted leaders that are still alive and still tackling this government for not doing enough security wise.

Very disappointed about those saying APC is not happy for good things

You see a camo covered car and naturally you assume it's new equipments

Let's say it is, why wait till now, and how I do know that this is not another scam, later we'll hear that soldiers are not conversant with whatever it is they are transporting

Y point being until we see the content of the shipment, we can't assume it's new equipment

For all I know this may be the first step to GEJ's administration's hostile take over

Especially if those things miraculously end up with tompolo or Dokubo

Just as Boko haram magically acquired Nigerian military's armored tanks and Co

Please in as much as we all appreciate social media and quick spread of information,we must be wise not to use it in aiding the enemy.

We must not because we want to get front page or headline news harm ourselves and Nation.

Imagine an enemy seeing this information as soon as Op posted... They might use this information to their advantage.

Buhari ruled Nigeria before GEJ. If he laid a good foundation, Jonathan would have had no choice than to play along but he didn't. He is one of the causes of the power problems we are suffering today. Let Buhari be sincere to himself;he had the opportunity to fix Nigeria but used it to enrich himself like all others.
