Nairaland Election Situation Monitoring Room by tiarabubu: 7:26am On Mar 28, 2015 |
Good day Nairalanders, Nigeria is on the verge of making history with another general election. I think it would be nice for Nigerians at home and diaspora to follow happenings in polling stations around the country from this morning till the close of the poll and as the results are announced. It would be nice to scan and upload results sheet as pasted in polling centres too. Please let nobody turn this thread into a campaign ground; it's useless. People have made up their minds already. May the best man win! Cc: Seun, lalasticlala 4 Likes |

From a couple of telephone calls it looks like people are turning up early to wait for INEC officials. It's a good sign Nigerians are eager to demonstrate their democratic rights. |

Omobaba reporting from Kano. I just passed Airport Road now and so many party folks still pasting posters in the full glare of police and nothing is done, I think campaigns ended yesterday. People already going to the polling units for accreditation 2 Likes |
