Jonathan did not concede because he really wanted. He did it because he knew the consequence of causing problem. Some days before the election, the US and the UK got intelligence of a plan to disrupt the poll, and issued a warning. Jonathan does not want to end like Gbagbo. A man that failed to call the Niger Delta militants to order who threatened the peace of the country does not deserve the reverred Nobel Peace Prize.
