The manner the NDLEA acted is the same way EFCC go around prosecuting corrupt politicians on half baked evidences. That's why they keep losing in court and corrupt people go free.
Before US police will come to arrest you. Believe me, they've got everything covered. It's just ur present needed in court

I agree with you.

People obviously do not know Kashamu's full story.

His drug cartel (which he headed) inspired the blockbuster 'worldwide' TV series "orange is the new black". That alone says a lot about the levity of his crime/past criminal life.

I repeat no Nigerian should be extradited to a foreign country irrespective of his/her crime. If a crime has been committed oversea he/she should be tried via available technology e.g Skype video, and sentence passed over to the Nigerian govt for review before sentencing. How are we sure the said man is not being framed? he said it wasn't him, U.S govt should provide video evidence, phone call evidence or suck themselves. The word of a convicted criminal or criminal with a plea bargain can not be trusted.
U.S who falsely convicted African Americans on crimes they did not commit can not be trusted. Nigeria has a better system on Judicial fairness than U.S.
What right does USA have to demand a Nigerian? when George Bush a known murderer of innocent Iraqis under framed WMD is a free man.

Nigerian govt should exclude it's self from any international/colonial agreement requiring her to extradite its citizens overseas.

why are talking like dis as if it's the law of biafra we practising here..pls no one is vindicating anyone as u aware he committed dis offence and must face the law..warrant of arrest is not really needed in this act as the agent is aware of his deeds..pls if police should see an armed robbery operating somewhere and they aware now will they require warrant if arrest to carry out their duty or if yahoo boys are notice will EFCC require warrant of arrest before going after them?so it's there duties dey need to be informed before they perform it..let support when our agencies are ready to work..it was uncle jonathan that neva allowed it happened den cos of its selfish act of being belong to someone instead of belonging to everybody..

My broda, when it comes to d issue of extradition, d court needs to give an arrest warrant. After being arrested, identity check must be carried out to ascertain that d person being arrested is the person charged.

You need to read up on what actually led to the Iraq war. Okay? undecided

Blame Saddam Hussein for what befell Iraq.

He misled the entire international community into believing he was stockpiling weapons of mass destruction and he refused to allow globally accredited weapons inspectors to come into Iraq to verify/authenticate his claims.

That is the reason why Bush and Blair will continue to walk free.

You do not "joke" by claiming to hoard WMD just to claim political relevance/world supremacy and expect not to face dire consequences. undecided

That said, what has the Iraq war got to do with drug charges hanging on Kashamu's head? So countries like Switzerland that's planning on extraditing corrupt FIFA officials to the US on "mere" corruption and money laundering allegations shouldn't do so too because Blair and Bush are walking free
