People are talking as if Buhari is a stranger. When Buhari took over power in military coup in 1983 his action and how he handled the politicians shows the kind of person he is,Buhari punished the southern politicians and spared all the northern politicians,d vp Akwueme was taken to kirikiri prison while shagari was under house arest in ikoyi mansion,Ajasin who was innocent was tried several times and was aquited yet Buhari did not let him go,whether u believe it or not Buhari is here to impliment northern agenda.Buhari is a highly trabalistic person and religious bigot,he may find it dificult to manage the diversity of Nigeria's ethenicity which is very complex,well we are wAtching.

This popular complaint about north and south is not reasonable. The physical characteristic of Nigeria is states and ethnicity: not region. On behavioral characteristic, Nigeria did not have one behavioral characteristic from the onset. However, the one behavioral characteristic of Nigerians today is corruption. Corruption is undesirable. As long as appointments are not concentrated in one single state, the argument about region is invalid. The focus is selecting the executing BuhariMachine in order to take on Buhari's political agenda. It is reasonable to criticize the competency of the appointed, but not the forgone regional construct of the 1960's. It is noteworthy the creation of states replaced the use of regionalism. I do not believe the use of north, south, east, or west has the answer for performance. This concept of regionalism is sustained by a consumer-mindset of sharing proceeds from oil trade. When will Nigerians become creative, and productive?

People are forgetting these names are members of APC with proven record. President Obama did not appoint Jeb Bush to head US Department of Commerce. APC won the presidential race. Therefore, APC has the arbitration in selecting the calibre of men to work its agenda. Does APC have an agenda? Of course, yes.
