like I said this isn't the first rainy season in the last 5 years. All previous rainy seasons witnessed the same level of darkness. GEJ might have built all the power stations in the world (not with his personal money of course), corruption in the power companies, corruption in generator importing companies did not allow us see light? Why? Because we had a corrupt minded president who condoned corruption and impunity. Power HOARDING companies hoarded their power with impunity. With the emergence of GMB, everyone had to sit up, and hence we have power again. Build all the sky scrapers and power stations, they would fail in a corrupt society.
