The fact that she has now gone to this extent indicates that she may actually be telling the truth. I don't see why she would go as far as getting a medical report and then talking publicly about it if she were not sure about what she was saying. There is no smoke without fire, this girl is not the first person to accuse Timaya of ra.pe but she may be the first to go all the way to court over it, lets give her the benefit of the doubt after all she stands to gain nothing from publicising herself and this incident. I also read how another victim of Timaya came forward to thank her for exposing him for what he is so one could say that she is actually doing a lot of potential victims a favour .

Lets hope that this matter is resolved quickly and fairly, in the US ra.pe is a serious offence, if Timaya is found guilty he will definitely spend time in prison and then end up being banned from entering the US forever, if he is guilty this will hopefully force him to re-examine the way he treats women.
