The facts
1. This is a in-house affair and by ethics should be handled by the senators occupying the upper house
2. The attorney general will suggest that it is worth being tried at the courts and would then delegate it to a respected judge to try. He can not prosecute those involved without a fair trial. Remember this is a democracy and so people are innocent until proven guilty
3.The court handling the case will tender its judgement according to the arguments of the legal representatives of those involved, not just the report submitted by the police
Summary: The legitimacy of Saraki/Ekweremadu is left to the wombs of time and the perspective of a two-third majority which those that oppose their leadership do not have, period.

The police or the useless ministry of justice can go court for all I care,but the favt remains that Saraki/Ekweremadu would remain in their positions until the supreme court rubishes the useless police report probably in 2019.

Furthermore the senate can set up an adhoc committe to investigate buhari's forgery case or the case can be taken to court and WAEC subpoenated to confirm or disclaim the SSCE statement of result Buhari tendered.

Incase you are suffering from memory loss, the case of Buhari's certificate was taken to cut and there was an outcome.

In the first place Buhari did not present any firged certificate to you. So if you have a problem with forged certificate, you can still go to court which is what the police IG has just done.

So you should allow the law take it's natural course.

And it is even childish and unreasonable to say that because Buhari forged his certificate, the Senate can forge rules.

It is like saying because someone stole and was not caught or prosecuted, you are now immuned from prosecution if you are caught.
