Yes, a well maintained green park, with kiddies play pen and some indoor gym facilities, sports equipment store and a volleyball/badminton court outside.

An interested buyer called me yesterday to complain that the plot he liked has been reserved by someone else. We need to make payments to be sure we are reserved, so as not to be tied up in this for long like the Enugu land. I will be in Owerri tomorrow Wednesday and anyone who wants to see this land can come along for an inspection.

On my own I will be moving in to pay the first installment on this land this week. Thank you all.

Is there anyone who wishes to see this land today? I will be going to this land again because I have a meeting with the owners, the first installment will be paid soon if my deliberations with them ends on a positive note.

We need to do this fast, building houses and living in this area is very possible, as soon as we move in to develop it.

In the negotiations, I will be pushing to bring in a bulldozer and clear this whole land.

I was at the secretariat today, and even at OCDA and all available information I got today still points to the genuineness of this land. Everyone I asked assured me that the area is free for purchase, and I even got to speak with very high ranking officers.

Today, the first plot was paid for in this land. Plot number 57 has just been paid for. We promise a steady update and continuous feedback for all our buyers, just the same way we handled the Enugu plots. Congratulations to the new owner.
