The information is that a contract is being/has been awarded for the construction of this road from Umuguma down to Okuku. Although I tend to take such information with a pinch of salt (owing to the reputation of our brother, Owelle )

Even if this road is not done now, even common grading of this road is enough to lift the value.

You are right, this is the same way we did it in our Enugu land and quoted every land beacon in the agreements. I can commence the clearing later, to avoid grasses growing back again before we start building the fence, etc.
