always get your self something doing that you Will keep you busy , don't always stay alone, go out there and meet your friends atleast with this you will get a little bit revive ... If you have tried all the tryable and the symptom still persist you can delete all delete his contacts, if you have his pix try and remove and also try and remove all those things that will make you remember him... And lastly don't put pressure on yourself about entering into relationship for now until you are fully settle and always make your self to understand he dump you or left you for a reason for you to find someone better than him  3 Likes |
