I think the publication is baseless sensationalism. Why would an individual want to buy an apartment for 13 Billion pounds? Is appartment made of solid gold? In any case, such transaction would raise several red flags, with money laundry and terrorist financing topping the chart. Even a amateur thief know very well to split huge loots in several small piece before disposing them.
