Note this write up is based on years of observation my me. I have been wondering to myself what can be done concerning this distrust and hate love between men and women, and the solution failed me. For years I have heard both men and boys telling stories of how all women are bad and how much the care less about their feeling, I have heard women and girls telling everyone that all men are the same, thus the popular saying by women that all men are dogs and not to b trusted. And I ask how did we get here? I remember the day I told my best friend of 10 years that I trust my husband that he has never cheated on me since we got married which is more than 8 yrs, she told me with angry that I should never believe such a thing let alone talk about, I kept insisting that I believe that there good men out there and that my hubby is one of them, my friend cried for me that day telling me that I am setting myself up for disappointment for the day I will find out that all men including my husband are cheats that I may even kill myself. You need to see the look on my friends face that day, she looked at me like am naïve of who men really are. I got the same reaction from boss my colleagues my matured married and single friends even my mother in_law. They made it sound like there is no good man out there, but that you just have to live with them. But I refused to believe that. The men on the other hand are even more guilty of this virus spreading on planet earth. You go to facebook, nairalandan, offices. Every were the story is the same all women are gold diggers, slut and not to be trusted. Even my hubby who tells anyone that cares to listen how much loves me and how much a good woman I am, whom I know loves his mother very much and loves me his wife so much, he too is guilty of castigating women forgetting that the two people he said he loves most are women. And I ask, how did we get here? Can't we focus more on all the problems facing humanity than focusing our energy hating and talking ill of the very people we can't live without? Can't we learn to appreciate, respect and love our men instead of believing they are all dogs? As for our men can't you all learn to protect love, defend, protect, and respect women? Treat them like a part of you instead of an object, something to toy with. After all God made them man and woman, without man there will be no woman and without your mother a woman there will be no man. As for me refused to believe that all men are bad I believe there many good men out there as well as so many good women out there, I have seen many of them and I will not train my children to believe that all men are the same or that all women are the same in negativity I meant. Because I believe I am a good woman and I have met a lot of good women. Finally I married one out of the many good men out there.
Believe it or not all men are not cheats, cruel, and unfeeling. All women are not sluts, gold diggers and mean. I have had my heart broken before that doesn't mean the guy is wicked, I have broken someone's heart that doesn't mean that I am bad. Everything happens for a reason. What u believe is what u will get.

Hmmm deep. Not sure of what to say as you've said it all and calls for sober reflection on the way we view one another. People have overtime had terrible experience from their relationship that they now place everyone on same pedestal and define everyone with these negative experiences. There's so much stereotypes that we have grown to consider factual and there's just nothing that can be done to remedy the situation.

Reading through comments from social media and observing the manner in which we demean each other one would conclude that the only good guys/girls in the world are our relatives, every person is an alien and ominous. We just have to live with it, unfortunately.
