If he's righteous and kill only in wars, he will make heaven. Remember the Israelites fought wars.

If the soldier is born again surely he will make heaven, because the law allows them to kill but not innocent people.

A soldier's profession is combating crimes both on homeland and warfront. Be that as it may, soldiers existed in the times of jesus as well and there is no where it was written that "all ye soldiers shall not make heaven" . Though I know where you are coming from....
