Party position my foot. When saraki and dogara went against their party they were hailed by this same pdp. They were called true democrats. This adeyanju guy is in dreamland he needs some sound sleep.

The truth is that only a vibrant PDP can keep the APC on their toes and ensure they deliver on their promise of chance. For all of the shenanigans of Fayose and FFK, they represent what the opposition should do but in a refined version. In the UK, Labour Party keeps the Tories focused. same with the Democrats and the Republicans.

Criticism doesn't mean condemnation. An opposition party must critique everything the ruling party does? If they cough, why didn't they sneeze? If they dance to Wizkid, would dancing to Davido have been better for the people?
Buhari's budget has a lot of flaws that can be exposed and debated in a constructive fashion e.g. the bloated nature of the budget can be discussed. How are we going to borrow all that money? Are we condemning our children to a future of debt?

I guess Mr. Adeyanju has a point. We need an active opposition.

Even the budget prepared by the best brains from world bank and IMF still have flaws. Your work as an opposition is to highlight those flaws because opposition is all about telling the people that I can do the work better not praising the party in power. All those Senators "Any Government in Power" is not helping our democracy simple.

That's an unrealistic budget.Oil price has been predicted to fall to $20,while the benchmark for the budget is set at $38.Who is fooling who?

APC supporters want people to agree with them on governance. Some of them are trying to be rational claiming, you don't have to disagree with every position of the ruling party.

They should point out at least 3 areas where they openly agreed and synchronized with the ruling party when they were in opposition.

We all know how they did their opposition.

I don't take most of these politicians serious

This press statement is apt if PDP will remain relevant.

All the reactions against PDP is to silence them. You must not do your opposition role on the terms and conditions of the ruling party. If PDP don't speak up, they will be silenced.

Or we should just trust APC and not have any opposition, simply because it's APC? or because it's buhari,?

Saraki and Dogara went against the interest of their party that your party benefitted from to have the senate president,it wasn't a bad thing then but for some people to see something good in the budget is totally bad to u......not everybody can be so dumb to attack every policy of the ruling party even if it is good

This will make all those PDP politicians to sit up and realize that there party supporters are not happy with how they support and commend the APC administration, even when the world know that there is nothing the administration have achieved through out the last seven month except for chaos, economy depreciation, loss of job in the land,unlawful killings of innocent citizens by the military and unending fuel scarcity that has lasted for over 5 weeks now.
