1. Use Humor.

Making a woman laugh is the quickest, easiest way to her heart. So crack jokes. And don't apologize, not even for the most egregious puns. Tease her. Do it gently at first, and see how she reacts. As you become more comfortable together you can escalate the jabs -- always delivered with a wink and a smile, of course. And laugh when she teases you back. Being able to laugh at yourself, to not take yourself too seriously, is vital to the humorous banter of flirting.

2. Use Your Voice.

Try to speak in the lower register of your voice. Speak more from your chest than from your throat or nasal passages. Speaking softly will encourage her to lean in closer to you. Just make sure you don't mumble. If she can't make out what you're saying to her, she'll just get very annoyed with you very quickly.

3. Use Body Language.

You want to be as relaxed as you can be. Keep your posture open, don't cross your arms. Lean forward, get in close to her. Look her in the eye, and smile. You might also try using slow, rhythmic movements -- stirring your drink, stroking your chin (or if you're feeling especially bold, stroking her arm!) to create a hypnotic effect. At the same time, you want to be aware of her own body language. If she flinches or starts to pull back from you, you'll need to back off a bit. Flirting is all about being comfortable together. So if she starts to tense up, you're not doing it right.
