A very insightful write up, though it seems to have addressed just the religious and psychological effects of masturbation and porn. The health reasons will blow your mind away. Sadly, people still argue this.

Whenever I recommend sildenafil citrate to a young man full of life, or recommend memory boosting therapy sessions for a young boy/girl, I wince in pain inside and I remember again that there are many out there still enjoying porn and masturbation, who are just counting in days before they come knocking on the doctor's door.
