The meeting was scheduled to start at 10am. Buhari arrived early, ok that's good, but he should not have asked for the National Anthem to be sung and for the meeting to commence before 10am. If that is indeed what happened, then his behavior was actually disrespectful to the others who arrived after him but still before 10am.
