The EFCC has no right to access someone's call log without the express permission of a law court. And even if a court issues the directive, the telecom company has the right to challenge it.

A call recorder application was installed on PMBs Phone and the record was made public by the media team so as to forstall crisis that might emanate from followers who still felt it was GEJ that won.
