They threaten, torture, hack, spy etc. But in the example you gave about someone calling his friend to come and help him bury a body; if the FBI does not follow due process, they cannot provide that recording they got through hacking as evidence. In the US they take privacy law very seriously. Forget what you see in movies

How will you prove that EFCC gave the information to sahara reporters? Were you there when the information was being given or exchanged. Efcc filed court papers with the information about Tarfa bribing a judge and papers filed in courts are public documents.
