[quote author=MetaHuman post=43328242]innjoo products shouldn't be allowed in this country. innjoo batteries are awful. they spoil easily withing few months of usage. the most annoying part is, you will never see the battery anywhere online or offline. Yes its true injoo batteries don't last long.. But no! I got a replacement... You shouldn't Waste time looking for injoo battery , go for any other product that fits your phone.. I use an injoo f2 tablet that came with a 4000Mah in built battery and replaced it with an unlabeled 5350Mah battery which now lasts long and I am happy with my injoo 3 Likes |

greenhulk:Many peeps just don't realise you need to charge to 100% before using new gadgets. Failure to do this will result to the issue you mentioned. Try it with another product, same result bruv. |

toprealman: Not neccessary anymore, especially with products with non removable battery. These gadgets have been pre charged from company, sometimes they even install the latest update using the same battery before shipping it. For example the innjoo flex I bought was supposed to come with windows 8.1 and android 5.0, it had windows 8.1 on the box. But Innjoo updated it to windows 10 before shipping to me. Which means Innjoo sent the products to Jumia, and then they collected them back, updated to the latest OS before sending back to Jumia for sale. So tell me which battery did Innjoo use to update it? is it not the same battery u asked me to charge to 100% before using it? Gone are the days when we need to charge a phone overnight before using it. The battery of the tab is just terrible, it is either Innjoo lied about the battery being 7,000mah or they just don't know how to make good batteries. I'm typing this comment with the tab which I started using by 9:20pm at 66% battery. It is 10:08pm now and the battery is 36%. No videos, no games, just light surfing. 1 Like |

Innjoo phones are not entirely bad.. only that you have to be lucky to have a good one. I bought an Innjoo i2s for my wife Dec 2014, doing fine until screen broke and casing cracked.. then i was told it was time we visited Trinity Mall, the only place they couldfix it. Now, if you're yet to visit the only Liason office they have (in Lagos).. You're yet to be disappointed.. that was a very very poor customer service. Even from rude customercare line attendants to those two nonchallant lady receptionists at their office who thought they were doing their customers a favour.. My first time there.. A man came all the way from Ondo..because they could not get the parts elsewhere. |

I quite disagree with the op, if you want to buy any innjoo product, you need to think thrice. My story: I took my innjoo one to their home at ikeja for a system upgrade, I came back after three days, the first shocker I received was that I should wait as my phone was still being worked on. I waited for more than an hour before my phone finally came out, just imagine, ordinary os upgrade that other products will produce OTA. I didn't mind the waiting because I wanted to feel my phone in the lollipop os. Then I received the second shocker, the worst of all. My phone screen that was smooth when I dropped it suddenly had a crack line, I was more than shocked, I started talking and showed them my pink slip showing that my phone had no damage on dropping it, they attendants told the asian man who said he did nothing, I continued to complain but they were just looking at me saying they could not do anything about it, I could not cry has I left the place. The phone was still working but the crack looked horrible, I started hating my phone.I was also weary of other problems that crack will lead to. I got home and received the third shocker, the back of my phone also had a crack but looked newer,it wasn't mine, I thought I was given another phone until I checked the imei pin which confirmed that I was holding "my phone". I complained to them through their facebook and sent them mails, no one said anything until I got a mail from them telling me to call some numbers, I was glad, I called those numbers and discovered that they are invalid. I was frustrated, this was a product I convinced colleagues to buy, they all have one complaint or the other. On the long run the screen started misbehaving, the home keys stopped working, I downloaded omni swipe to be able to switch apps and settings all of a sudden became my most visited app, not to mention that I put my phone on auto rotate too. Then one day, the crack increased and became conspicuos, I was still managing it has I did not have money to waste on it. Yesterday, I booted the phone and discovered that after showing the innjoo sign, it will just show something like android is starting up, reading apps or something and it will get stuck there, when it finishes, it will reboot itself, can you imagine. Well I've packed the phone, I bought it last february, when they first surfaced. But I won't relax, when I have time, ill go to their company, they will produce that paper that serves as their record, if they don't cooperate and repair what they spoilt, I will sue them.I also have screenshots of my begging. I will upload them later when I'm chanced. 4 Likes |

Am using my injoo fire phone which i bought for about a yr now to post, no any complain on it, people always like it. The life cycle of batteries of phones depends on severa factors such as power source, the use of battery boosters and apps on the phone.Injoo care centre is at oritse bus stop obafemi awolowo way if u av complaints, they will solve it, Several my friends have repaired their crack screen there. |

Indeed, one woman's food is another woman's poison. I bought my Innjoo Fire in September 2015 and I've been rocking it ever since. True, it initially had a firmware bug that made it discharge once it got to 100% WHILE it was still plugged into power, but Innjoo released an update and all has been good ever since. Sympathies to those who had/are having bad experiences. It's a thumbs up from me though! |

still rocking my innjoo f2 tablet since last year January with no fault except a broken screen which was my fault, I called Jumia and they fixed it for a price and ever since I have been using it with the strong battery, I think it all depends on the way we use our gadgets |

toprealman: Yes it is necessary to charge phones before using but not to charge overnight. My LG g3 is going 2 yrs now still has an excellent battery even with the qhd 5.5 inch display and it is just 3,000mah.excellent standby time, drops only 1-2% when on standby overnight, sometimes it doesn't even drop 1% for 6 hours on standby. I didn't need to charge it before using it for the first time. Same thing with my galaxy s6 with smaller 2,600mah battery. Battery is OK and I can't complain because it has quick charge and can charge from 0-70% in about 30 mins. For the innjoo flex, hmm that thing drains battery like a time bomb. Trust me I know even if I charged the battery overnight before using it it will not make much difference. The truth is innjoo batteries are bad or their software is not optimized. |
