200mw to Lagos state is a lot of energy .The problem is not generation,but distribution, if have correct distribution material it is over enough .For instance from Mile 2 to Badagry all the total energy needed for full distribution is about 12mw..whatever area you can add..

This light up program reminds me of Chimaroke Nnamani of Enugu, always quick to commission and shout "Ebano; In God We Truth" not knowing that he wasn't doing anything and was just siponing public funds in the name of being active. Ambode, no copy that man....
