Good morning house. Pls I use EVOO convertible laptop with 32GB HD. Can it be upgraded? I wanted using external HD but seems not to read it.

Good day pc gurus, Please help! my laptop doesn't power on again, anytime I press the power button, it turns on and off immediately. What's the problem with it and what can I do about it.

My PC has been making this peeping sound whenever i turn it on. That's how it will be making the sound without it displaying on the monitor.

I've removed and heat the simors battery in the sun which at first i thought is the problem but still the problem is still the same.

If am to leave it turned off for like a week or two, it sometimes functions normal but once it goes of, that's it. It will go back to the aforementioned problem untill another week or two.

Will gladly appreciate your reply.

And the battery is a new battery
Even while using it it drain faster
e.g if the battery is @ 100% at 8:00 by 12:00 it will be @ 90 or 85 without using it

guru here is my problem..ive been using this hp for 2yrs now no issue ..core i5 x360 8gb.. suddenly after the last shutdown i noticed it cant startup again...it freezes at please wait.
i discovered it will only work normally when any USB is plugged..either charger or flash.
but immediately u remove it...it hangs...until u hard restart..
it only works with usb plugged.

About a year ago, I bought UK used lenovo thinkpad T420, last month Feb, power surge damage the power adapter(powerpack), I changed it and the laptop worked but few days later, the laptop refuse to come up.

First engineer said VGA card problem, I took it to another trusted engineer, he said the BIOS on the motherboard(core i7 processor) is bad. He said he will repair for 16k but its advisable I change the motherboard. He got a used motherboard (core i5) for me at 28k last.

What is the advice for me? Should I buy the motherboard or what?

The entire problem with your laptop, is board related issues, getting the replacement motherboard is the permanent solution. but you will be downgraded from the former core i7 processor to i5

Good day gurus in the house, my laptop is showing no bootable device. And the f1 f2 and f5 suddenly stopped working . I've put it On and Off several times from the power botton to see if it they will work all to no avail and even removed battery same. Pls is there any other way I access the setup ?
