This is one of the reasons people should pay attention to model no. HP especially has different builds for the same model so you need Ed to know the specific model no. His own model no could be different from yours and so will have a different build.

Pls i need help urgently as i need to type my exam questions. My mini laptop screen was partially broken so i was managing it till i could afford the repairs; not too long after dat, it started giving a continous beeping sound on start up which stops once d software loads.
It continued this way until last week when i was charging my phone with d laptop and suddenly it went off. At first, i thought it was d battery dat was down, but it have been proven otherwise as all efforts made to charge the system has proved abortive. pls help a brother in need out. Thanks in anticipation.

I formated window 8.1 on mine but it actually came with window7 is there anybody dat can help me do all Wat is needed on my laptop including portn a new CD ROM dvdwriter on it I will be at lag anything from next 2 weeks Monday so I just meet at computer village give me his no so I tell him everything about its problem on WhatsApp and I know my bill before hand

just use the above method. the "ctrl+shift+esc" and check every running app in your system. you can also go to task bar notification settings and see if you can know the name of the app. You can also type "uninstall programs" on your start menu and click on it then locate this strange app logo and see the publisher. if the publisher is microsoft don't uninstall it but if it is a third party app you can consider uninstalling it. why are you worried about this app sef?

If you're having virus, worms or any other malware problems. Try scanning your PC with RoboSAM first.

Install the USB drivers for the phone.

Clean the fan using an air blower and opening it to see if anything is touching the fan.
