Who's going to start the new city when all the amenities are in Lagos and Abuja? As I said before Lagos and Abuja are no-mans lands', so there nobody who is welcoming anybody, If your talking about Ibadan or Kano, then I understand. Plus its not like there aren't tensions created by both sides.
