The ECOWAS protocol is still in still in place. This is for other Africans. Eg, if an Egyptian wants to visit Ghana, he has to secure visa at our embassy in Cairo before he embarks on the journey. With this new policy however, he can just come as the visa will issued at the airport on his arrival.

Thanks for the elaborate explanation. Coming to Ghana for the summer vacation.
