Well at post, you are sure different from every other men. There are men out there that  does and re willing to do what you said you can't do. That doesn't mean they are silly; it depends on "U", the kinda person you are and how much you love your wife. All Men ain the same. I ve seen mi dad do things that I know 98% of men ldnt do for their wives and Children. He is mi role model and I love him 4that.
