How To Tell If A Guy Likes You Based On
Body Language
The following is a list of subtle and not-so-
subtle cues that guys display when they are
around someone they are interested in.
Each of these cues express interest,
nervousness, or attraction. Some express all
three. Alone, they mean little.
So, if you notice only one or two of these
traits, you shouldn’t take it as a sure thing
that the guy you’re thinking of is interested
in you. However, if you notice that he
frequently displays a number of these traits
when around you or with you, there is a
good chance that he really does like you.
If you continually notice these traits in a guy
you like, you may want to show a little more
interest in him. Guys are often even more confused by us than we are by them.
Body Language That Shows That He Likes You
-He smiles when he sees you: Like girls,
guys can’t always help smiling when they
see the person they like. If it seems to light
up when you walk into the room, he may be
interested in you. There is always a chance
that a friendly smile only means he likes you
as a friend, but it usually means something.-He faces you:People instinctively turn
towards the things that interest them.
Whether you are sitting together and talking
or on opposite sides of the room, note how
he faces his body: If he seems to always
face you, or angles his body toward you
even when facing away, there is a good
chance that he is interested in you.
He looks at you frequently:When a guy
likes you, he will look to you both
consciously and unconsciously to gauge your
reaction to things. He will also be more
likely to make eye contact with you when
talking to you.
Sometimes, though it is difficult to tell
whether a guy is looking at you because he
is interested in you were simply because
you happen to be in his line of sight. One
way to tell is to note what he does when you
catch him looking at you. If he smiles or
quickly looks away, you can nearly bet he
was looking at you.
His pupils are dilated:. This one is often
difficult to see, since you really need to be
near him to notice. However, if you do find
yourself sitting or standing close together,
note whether his pupils seem to be larger
than normal.
While some guys naturally have larger or
smaller pupils, most will show some
difference when looking at someone they are
attracted t
He seems nervous. You know that antsy
nervous feeling you get when talking to or
simply being near the guy you like? Chances
are he feels it too. Guys are just as likely to
be nervous around a girl they like as we are
to be nervous around them.
A few telltale signs of nervousness are
fidgeting, looking around nervously, and
sweaty palms. While you won’t always be
able to when a guy sweaty palms, you may
notice him subconsciously rubbing his
palms off on the side of his pants to dry
them.
He mimics you. When we like someone, we
unconsciously tend to mimic them. We will
alter our bodies to mirror that of the person
we like. If you notice that the guy like
frequently positions his body to mirror
yours, it may be because he’s interested in
you.
This is especially helpful in group situations
when someone else is speaking. To test
whether a guy is paying attention to you, try
crossing your arms or touching your face. If
he does it too, he is probably paying more
attention to you then you know.
He seems to exaggerate small gestures.
When we want to be noticed, we
instinctively do small things in an
exaggerated manner. If you notice that he
seems to make a show of small gestures
such as adjusting his hat, straightening his
collar, or any other insignificant detail, it
could be because he is unconsciously trying
to get your attention.
He touches his hair. Guys and girls both
instinctively touch their hair or clothing when
around a person like. It is due to the
subconscious thought of appearing
attractive and it is frequently called
preening. While this could simply be vanity,
it can also mean that he likes you and wants
to look good so that you will like him too.
He touches his face a lot when he is
around you. If you are talking to a guy and
notice him frequently touching his face, it
could mean that he is attracted to you.
Attraction tends to heighten our senses,
most noticeably the sense of touch. This
causes us to instinctively touch our faces.
He touches you. When a guy really likes
you, he will go out of his way to touch you.
This can be as innocent as brushing your
fingers when handing you something or as
obvious as touching your arm while talking
to you. While some people are simply
naturally inclined to touch others frequently,
most people will only touch you if they feel
very comfortable or very attracted to you. If
he seems to go out of his way to touch you,
especially when you are alone, it is almost
certain that he likes you.
It isn’t always easy to tell whether or not a
guy likes you, but these cues can give you a
good place to start. If a guy you like
frequently displays three or more of these
with you, it is more likely than not that he
likes you. So dont be afraid! Show That Guy
You Like him too !
