The guy's name is Efe and the incident was widespread for those who lived in an area in Awka called Ifite between 2005/2006. The bottle had no label and a queer design. The guy when taken to the Anti-Cult section was quizzed about how the bottle came about and he simply told the school security not to ask questions which they will never be able to understand the answer.
