You must have been out of this country for a very long period of time to say this. Ordinary NTA sef have got weather forecast on their news. The accuracy of the forecast is an entirely different matter.

Your first pic didn't load. Northern most parts of South Sudan is in the Sahel region and they experience drought like Ethiopia. Even places like northern Nigeria is classified as being in the Sahel region which is regarded as the beginning of Sahara desert. If you are referring to the arid regions of the Sahara you are saying a different thing. Remember that Libya, Morocco, Egypt and Tunisia has regions that are not arid. Will you therefore consider their countries as not being in the desert?
