You guys just read your own subconscious bias into any matter, where was it mentioned FG/ Buhari is the one who instituted the suit?

It clearly states that the case was started by SERAP (a well known NGO that predates the formation of APC) in February 2015 for access too information against the FG.
Buhari/FG is duty bound to respond to the court order or provide the requested information to SERAP and if Okonjo-Iweala as immediate past Finance Minister needs to be questioned so be it.

Don't wait for Ameachi own now cos it won't happen unless if u have evidence against Ameachi now cos immunity that covers Fayose as a gov covers him too cos he is currently serving. But if any Nigerian have any useful evidence against Ameachi then Buhari govt will take the matter up whether or not he is serving. I think that is what is happening to Saraki now. He is serving and yet there are evidence against him and he is been probed. So if u want to wait for Ameachi then wait after Buhari's govt, that's if you don't have evidence against him now. They will nail him with evidence if for example another party emerged victorious which is not APC, that way they will get Ameachi.

It is obvious that SERAP action is all about propaganda. Okonjo Iweala already submitted a 100 page document to SERAP and they are trying to disturb her again. There is no point in the wild goose chase SERAP is engaging with Dr Iweala, it is obvious that she is not a corrupt woman as she has always been against it and there is no way she stole 30 Trillion and her universe wouldn't have transformed. SERAP should please stop wasting the nation’s resources in chasing one innocent woman, it doesn't make sense at all.

This N30 Trillion in law is called Frivolous allegation, it is unfounded, it doesn't exist, it is malicious, and therefore goes to NO ISSUE!!! SERAP has no credibility of being believed because it is a notorious fact that, these bunch of routless barbarians are only picking on individuals to use in settling personal scores. And that is WRONG! It is unacceptable! It defeats the purpose of its existence, well, except that their combination of name is just is just a cover-up to perpetuate EVIL, which they are of course perpetuating! SERAP should be scrapped! IWEALA did nothing to warrant the injustuce she is being subjected to by SERAP's gladiatorship . She didn't mismanage any money! God bless Okonjo. God bless Nigeria.

Just few questions for SERAP; 1. Where has SERAP gotten the N30 Trillion allegation from? 2. How did the money get missing under the watch of Okonjo that other serving Officials did not know, were they dead or what? 3. Is it possible for just a single person to steal the sum of money that is 6 TIMES the annual budget of NIGERIA

4. From which Account was it stolen? SERAP MUST BE HALF-BRAINED comedians. This is nothing but harassment on Okonjo Iweala.
