Fayose has no right to ban Fulani herdsmen in Ekiti, but herdsmen have the right to kill innocent souls?

The so called herdsmen are useless set of individuals who reason with their anus.

He has the right to ban you destroying their farmland. Who the hell are the herdsmen that would come to challenge Fayose on this? The so called chairman should go and rear their stock in their own village. Which law is he talking about that empowered them to be destroying other people farmland?

Cattle rearing is their business and they make money from it. Let them get their own farmland for the grazing. People pay to buy the cows right? Will they say that they just give away the cattle to the public free?

Nonsense.

For the first time ever, Yoruba and Igbo come together to let their voices heard.

See support for fayose. This is what Nigeria should be like, support what's good

Every state has a right to allow or deny herdsmen access to her territory.
Not all herdsmen are evil but one has to be careful. When boko haram started, northerners treated these issues with kid gloves until it started to torment them. They knew the members but protected them until they became uncontrollable. As far as I'm concerned, Northerners grew, groomed and nourished boko haram.
Here in the south we will not tolerate any act of terrorism especially from the north. We have our own issues to deal with.
They ask why we reacted differently to the kidnap of amina and ese ? The answer is simple;
Northern terrorists kidnap their northern schoolgirls in their northern territory and we Southerners can only show our concern(#bringbakourgirls ) and caution the north.
Northern assholes kidnap southern girls from southern territory and we will in orubebe's words , not take it.
States which can monitor the herdsmen can let them roam. If fayose cannot guarantee the security of his state from herdmen, he has every right to ban them from the on set to avoid stories that touch. people learn from their mistakes but smart people learn from other's mistakes.
The final resolution.

The constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria guarantees freedom of movement of persons and movable goods to any part of the country, so Mr Fayose will have to find another way to solve this madness
Thank you.
"MOVEMENT" NOT "GRAZING"
So, tell me did he stop them from moving?

Remember the movement can also be limited. When you are seen as a threat, every legal action will be taken to avoid stories that touches the heart. And moreover these people should learn how to talk with respect and swallow their damnnn right.

if you are consider as a threat, then the Governor can do his best.

Former President of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders’ Association (MACBAN), Alhaji Bello Ardo, has said that the Fulani have a right to move freely and conduct their business across the nation’s landscape.

Ardo said this in challenge of Ekiti state Governor Ayodele Fayose’s order prohibiting herdsmen from rearing cattle in any part of Ekiti State.

According to Ardo, there are areas in Ekiti and other parts of Nigeria that have been gazetted by the Federal Government as designated areas for cattle grazing.

“He does not have the authority to ban cattle-grazing in Ekiti. Fulani will challenge it in court.

“He does not have any right to ban designated grazing areas in Ekiti; there are grazing areas all over Nigeria and those grazing areas are gazetted by the Federal Government.

“He does not have the right to say that Fulani cannot rear cattle through the forests; we are going to challenge this in court.

“We are only just hearing the news but very soon, we will challenge it appropriately,” Ardo said.

The same corrupt court No one should bring in court matters into things again.
Grazing area gazetted by the Federal Government?? Are you talking about private farm lands? Does those land belong to the Federal Government??
If you claim something belongs to the Federal government, then everyone has the right to do anything then.

Am so tired of lazy people trying to find excuses for their inhuman character.

The hopelessness and wickedness of the Nigerian Constitution keeps getting exposed by the day.
If any idiot from the South after reading this still argues why Nigeria shouldn't not be regionally restructured, then you are worst than the scum of the earth.

The Federal Government (Which has been mostly constituted by the North since 1960), in the useless fraudulent piece of article they call constitution stated that all Lands with whatever is above or beneath it belongs to the federal republic of Nigeria.
This gave them the power to take the Oil and Gas that comes from the south and criminalize anyone who speaks against it.

Well news flash people, the Fulani herdsmen are inline with their assertion as far as that fraudulent constitution stands.
And i ask Ekitians and entire Southerns, When the you or grandparents up to your 20th generation sat down with the North or the useless federal government to decide that your lands belongs to them?

As long as we feign ignorance and refuse to engage the North to jettison this present nonsense practice called unitary system introduced by power drunk military men (Understandably that is how they rule but we are no longer under military rule), then prepare to loose both your lands, resources and every other thing you value most to the Northern Nigeria lead federal government.

Black People, When Shall thou redeem thyself of ignorance.

I'm a Buhari supporter but if the Constitution allows Fayose to ban Fulani herdsmen in the wake of the recent security challenges then he has my full support.

If Buhari doesn't nip this in the bud, it would count against APC in 2019.

Let truth be told!

When the federal govt took over all the land in the country via the Land Use decree many people did not complain as it did not affect them. The main reason the FG did that was to take control of the oil in the south which was then mainly onshore.

No that the same laws are being used to seize land for cattle grazing people are starting to make noise. I hope you can all know see what happens when you allow one injustice to occur, over time it simply breeds more injustice.

What is happening with the Herdsmen needs to be a wake up call to South. The North is over populated and the Sahara is rapidly encroching on their land. They are going to start moving south in ever larger numbers. This is just a fact. I will not be surprised if in a few years time, we see the FG allocate lands in the south for 'The resettlement of victims of climate change'. These people are very very cleaver and they think long term. If we don't resist this evil so called grazing bill and give full support to people like Faysoe, then one day we'll wake up and find whole areas in the South have been carved out for others and now have Emirs. Southerners shine your eyes!!

We have proven to be like minds, i wrote my piece even before i saw yours but they both bare exactly the same message.
Southerners believe Aboki"s to be dumb and i laugh, these people think 100yrs ahead coupled with mentor-ship from their brothers in the Mid-east.
The Constitution of Nigeria need to be revised as a matter of urgency.

I am very sure Ardo was drunk when making his comment, if not, how would you prevent people from guiding his environment from impending danger.

I know from the onset that Fulani herdsmen are drumming war by their actions, since the authority that be remain indifferent people have to protect themselves and the idiots should not see themselves as indomitable.

If the FG had marked out areas in Ekiti and other parts of Nigeria designated for cattle grazing, why then did the so called cattle grazing bill pop up in the first place since there are already areas for grazing in Nigeria. This man is truly a Fulani with no iota of sense

To God these people are animals.
It's painful real people are forced to live with animals like these Fulani

Fulani/Kanuri leaders had no right to adopt Sharia Criminal Laws. Sharia criminal laws are not recognized by Nigeria's constitution.

Let Fulani/Kanuri leadership RENOUNCE their adoption of Islamic Sharia Criminal laws that brought Boko Haram to Nigeria.
