Pavarottii:tax those in business, pay salaries, use the rest buy farm inputs,get extension workers for agric tell the ones not working to come at work at government platations, 5 mechanized plantation in every lga, more people working, more tax paid gdp growth, produce exports or consumed locally, its not rocket science, oil boom has made govt and the people lazy and uncreative. |
