Concerning ov issue, I don't know much but I can tell u wat I used wen I had similar issue.
I did a test 2 months ago and realized I wasn't ovulating, and doc prescribed ovacare. U can try ovacare cos its effective.
I didn't notice any changes in my body during last ovulation, no symptoms at all. I only calculated my ov and bd. I had already made up my mind dat I will try grape next circle for ewcm. I was really surprised wen I got my bfp

My dh did spa last week and the result was so bad.
He has 5 million with no active sperm, 80% dead.
I dont know where to start now because we tot that
the problem is from me but all my test was ok except
slight high of prolactin which i have been taking ewedu
and cabbage plus vit b6.

Please someone should direct me on what to do. My dh
also is now very tired of ttc. He has started taking wellman

Have u used clean point before?
It helped me empty my pouch of Douglas after the cyst ruptured.
U can use this remaining days to take ur antibiotics and drain d fluid.

Am happy bout your hsg report.

But some people say the composition is too low for Nigerian women so they prefer folic acid, iron tablet, multivitamin and bco as given during antenatal

But folic acid is a must.

Hello dear, pls when treating pid or infections, it is necessary u use at least 2 antibiotics. Yes, azithromycin is cool though I will prefer u use it with another antibiotic like doxycycline or flagyl. This is just a suggestion. Take care
