I think is bad government that causes an investor not be able to settle his debts, because if the economy is running, ceteris paribus, return on investment will be able to finance a loan collected from financial institutions but due to hardship, bad economic transformation and change, where everything is at stand still, most investors have quite, the surviving business will definitely suffers low return and would not be able to finance its debts.

We don't need a President for AMCON to her duties and implement state laws regarding bad loans acquisitions. Neither do we need a President for EFCC or DSS to do her job. This is the reasons why banks have been sacking for more than 5 years now. There is nothing bad in borrowing money to run a business. But one must have common sense to pay back. The money being borrowed is money deposited by ordinary nigerian. The ordinary nigerian are the ones who lose money when these banks go down or workers are sacked to please shareholders. Lots of bad loans that need to be written off thereby reducing the bank's profit. If the likes of Ben Bruce and other business men dont have the common sense to repay the loans they took, i wonder why they expect politicians to have common sense.

Common sense should ve alerted him that the era of impunity has gone. He must have exhausted all his common sense skills to deal with this common sense debt but to no avail. Sorry ooo common sense thief, you will surely get a common sense judgment.
