Wike is a coward for owing salaries, after borrowing 90billion naira in less than 12monthhs combine with the federal allocations and IGR with no major project to show for it in the state. Healthcare system that was put in place by the previous administrator has gone bad, the world class schools built by the previous is now Dilapidated....Rivers State is now a mess and all he knws is to construct a cheap tiny road and a shallow open drainage system..WHAT A SHAME!!
