Whatever u called him,i dont have time to hate,he may not be a registered engineer as u claim in which i doubt,but one thing you can't take away from him is that when it comes to the construction of roads,bridges and mighty buildings,this man is exceptional, even more than your so called engineers,i am from osun and i reside there.
